Color choices
Color Piecing Polo Shirt
A variety of different color fabrics are cut and stitched.
Printed Polo Shirt
The drawn picture (jpg, png, ai, cdr, and other file formats) is printed on sublimation paper by a clothing jet printer. The pattern is sublimated to the fabric by sublimation equipment and then cut and stitched.
Polo Shirt Fabric
Polo shirt fabric generally adopts the following types.
- 92% polyester 8% spandex.
- 88% polyester 12% spandex.
- 100% polyester.

Cotton fabric
It refers to the fabric made of cotton or cotton and cotton chemical fiber blended yarns. Its good air permeability, moisture absorption, and comfortable wearing are practical and popular fabrics. It can be divided into pure cotton products blended into two categories.
Linen fabric
Linen fabric is made of hemp fiber, and the fabric mixed or interwoven with linen, and other fibers are collectively referred to as hemp fabric. The common characteristics of hemp fabric are hard and tough, rough and stiff, cool and comfortable, and good moisture absorption, which is an ideal summer clothing fabric. Hemp fabric can be divided into two categories: Linen and blended.
Silk fabric
It is a high-grade variety in textiles. It mainly refers to fabrics made of mulberry silk, tussah silk, rayon, and synthetic filament. It has thin, light, soft, smooth, elegant, gorgeous, and comfortable advantages.
Woollen fabric
It is made of wool, rabbit hair, camel hair, wool type chemical fiber as the main raw material of the fabric, generally wool; it is a high-grade clothing fabric throughout the year, with good elasticity, wrinkle resistance, crispiness, wear resistance, strong warmth, comfortable and beautiful, pure color and other advantages, popular among consumers.
Pure chemical fiber fabric
People favor chemical fiber fabric for its fastness, elasticity, crispiness, wear-resistant and washability, and easy storage and collection. Pure chemical fiber fabric is made of pure chemical fiber textile fabric, and the properties of its chemical fibers determine its properties. Chemical fibers can be processed into a certain length according to different needs and woven into silk, cotton, linen, elastic wool, medium-length wool, and other fabrics according to different processes.
Other clothing fabrics
1. Knitted clothing fabric: It is made of one or several yarns continuously bent into a circle along the latitudinal or southerly direction and made of each other.
2, Fur: Pelliccia, leather with hair, generally used for winter boots, shoes inside the shoe, or shoe mouth decoration.

Order quotation
Our project manager will lead the team to quote for the fabric, craft, quantity and other requirements of your order.
Sample making
Our sample maker will produce the garment samples according to your requirement. By creating pieces of your clothing, we can test the fit and functionality before mass production.
Revisions
You can try on, test, and check the samples we produce. Please tell us the deficiency, and we will correct the prototype.
Production
After your sample is approved, we will coordinate with the production department according to your order quantity to deliver your order on time.
Packing
After the garment production is completed, a quality inspection is carried out. Encapsulate according to your requirements.

How do I choose the right fabric for my clothes?

Generally, we provide free samples for your reference. If you need to make samples precisely according to your design, we charge $35/style/piece（Refund/credit when you place the order）
