Ninghow Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Ninghow Apparel. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to assist you. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand the terms and process.


Policy Terms

  1. Scope

    • This policy applies to returns or exchanges requested due to product quality issues or other valid reasons.
    • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they have defects or errors.
  2. Eligibility

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying tags and accessories.
    • Clear evidence of quality issues (e.g., defects, printing errors, significant color discrepancies) is required.
  3. Timeframe

    • Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request

    • Contact us via email or online customer support, providing the following details:
      • Order number
      • List of items to be returned or exchanged
      • Description and photos of the issue (if applicable)
  2. Review

    • We will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome via email or other communication channels.
  3. Return

    • If approved, ship the product(s) to the designated address and provide the tracking number.
    • Return shipping fees:
      • If the issue is due to product quality, we will cover the return shipping costs.
      • If the return is for non-quality-related reasons (if applicable), the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
  4. Refund/Exchange

    • Replacement orders will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product(s).
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after confirming the returned product(s).

Important Notes

  • For bulk custom orders, please ensure that samples are confirmed before mass production. We are not responsible for issues with mass-produced items once samples are approved.
  • If items are damaged during shipping, please report the issue within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof from the shipping carrier.
